Hi,I am Implementing User Profiles through WebDav Roaming Users Profiles for almost 1000 User. Initially, I am doing a testing on Virtual Machines and I got 2 Questions:1) I can not see the User profiles when I click on Open User?2) Is there a way to make the profiles as in Dragon Medical Network Edition to have a Windows Authintication or Active Directory Authintication? Has anyone used the Philips SpeechMike III? We have used them in conjuntion with Dragon NaturallySpeaking and Dragon Medical for years but now Nuance has the PowerMicII.

I am wondering how contact centers are measuring their first call resolution (FCR) rates. I have tried simple formulas but they are just that, too simple. Seems something is missing.Example:

Repeat contact rate = Total Number of Calls / Total Number of Problems

Total Number of Calls	Total Number of Problems	Calls Per Problem
50	38	1.3

Or:

FCR % = Total Number of Problems / Total Number of Calls

I am referring to the technical side of it, not the marketing side of it. How do I go about selecting the correct platform, hiring an IT person, etc.. As a former owner of a service business, the ability to market myself to clients is not the part that concerns me. Im getting frequent swelling in my right foot from using a foot pedal constantly. I follow every ergonomic tip I can find. My doctor says to elevate my foot, which is great if I had a job that would accomodate that. Ive tried compression socks but they cause pain and swelling in my knee instead of my foot.What other ideas are out there for preventing foot swelling?

Im currently using Dragon 10.1 Preffered, and am considering moving my FileMaker database over to Access, in order to make it more dictation-friendly (I am a historian, and I use a database to manage all my archival photos and research notes). FileMaker is not quot;select-and-sayquot; enabled, and it seems like Access is somewhat more friendly - at least it has Select-and-Say capabilities within text fields.Ive done some preliminary trials, but Id like to know what the possibilities and limits are on using Microsoft Access with Dragon. Is it necessary to upgrade to professional? Are there any third-party add-ons (Knowbrainer, other command sets) that enhance the functionality? I have some scripting ability, but dont want to re-invent the wheel.

Dragon Medical Roaming Profiles

We just started using Dragons roaming profile feature with not much luck at all. We have Win7 workstations and believe it may be user rights issue but cant be sure. When one of the doctors goes to open their profile Dragon says that directory is not available, so we have to disconnect from the network then login again and then choose the local profile.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks,Krista
