Improvements to this site

What would be your suggestion to improve this website? Our goals for it are as follows:

• Easy-to-use
• Informative for dictators and transcriptionists (and those interested in the subject) 
• Something everyone will want to keep coming back to
• Fast loading pages
• Kinda fun to belong to
• How are we doing?
   

At first blush, it looks like a great site and I want to read more.  But please, don't call me a "transcriber."  I am a transcriptionist - a transcriber is that old machine that Lanier and Dictaphone used to make that you'd put a tape in.  Actually, the title of what we do is changing all the time - I like medical language specialist and then, of course, there's the new and catchy "healthcare documentation integritist" which seems not to be catching on very quickly.  But in the world of MT, if you'll call us "transcriptionists" instead of "transcribers," you'll win a lot more brownie points.  We are not machines - the magic of what we do is not only in what we do, but in what we KNOW.

It appears 90% of the topics are about voice recognition/Dragon.  Having more information on other topics would make the site much more helpful.
