Dragon Medical WebDav Roaming Profiles

Hi,

I am Implementing User Profiles through WebDav Roaming Users Profiles for almost 1000 User.  Initially, I am doing a testing on Virtual Machines and I got 2 Questions:

1) I can not see the User profiles when I click on Open User?

2) Is there a way to make the profiles as in Dragon Medical Network Edition to have a Windows Authintication or Active Directory Authintication?
