Yes you can. The opportunities with digital dictation and transcription technology are getting pretty exciting with smartphones like the Blackberry. Check out a software called Yodal from the Start-Stop company. Once the files are created they can be routed to a transcriptionist for typing or sent to speech recognition for automatic draft creation and then final editing.
