Can Dragon Legal be used in place of a court reporter in a court room?

There is a type of court-reporter called a Steno-Masker.  These court reporting professionals use a mask over the mouth with a microphone.  They sit in the courtroom and listen to what was said and the quickly repeat it into the microphone and Dragon NaturallySpeaking or another speech recognition software transcribes it into text.

The folks that do this possess a unique skill set and are very good at what they do.Just turning on the software and letting it try to transcribe in real time what numerous people in a court room are saying is not possible for Dragon NaturallySpeaking Legal.
